I’m Ebie Lynch, and I’m running for Lieutenant Governor of California. I believe in the power of service, community, and everyday people. My journey has been shaped by many roles, as a veteran, nurse, mother, labor advocate, and community worker. Each of these experiences has deepened my commitment to fighting for those whose voices are often left out of the conversation.
As a veteran, I know the meaning of sacrifice and discipline. As a nurse, I’ve seen firsthand how access to quality healthcare can change and save lives. As a mother, I understand the urgency of building a future where our children can thrive. And as a labor advocate, I’ve stood shoulder to shoulder with workers demanding fairness, dignity, and a chance at a better life.
My Christian faith keeps me grounded and reminds me daily that leadership is a form of service. I’m not running for office to play politics, I’m running to make a difference. I want to expand opportunities, strengthen our healthcare system, and foster conversations that heal and unite our communities rather than divide them.
I believe California’s best days are ahead of us but only if we lead with compassion, courage, and conviction. I invite you to join me in building a California that works for everyone.

I'm Ebie Lynch and my candidacy for California Lieutenant Governor is driven by a commitment to serve our great state with integrity and purpose. I envision a California where hard work and faith lead us towards equality for all families. It's time to join forces and ensure every voice is heard as we tackle the challenges ahead. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT - Back to Cali
California must once again become a hub for business, innovation, and opportunity. I will support small and mid-sized businesses, incentivize companies to invest locally, and cut unnecessary regulations. My goal is to bring jobs, talent, and economic growth back to our state.

HEALTH & PUBLIC SAFETY - Protecting What Matters Most
Strong communities require both safety and access to quality healthcare. I will expand primary care, mental health, and addiction recovery services while supporting first responders and emergency infrastructure. No Californian should be left behind when it comes to health and safety.

CUTTING THE RED TAPE - Affordable Housing, Real Solutions
California’s housing crisis demands urgent and practical solutions. I will streamline permitting, reform outdated zoning laws, and accelerate modern home construction. My focus is making housing more accessible and affordable for working families.

Education That Puts Families and Students First
I believe parents should have a strong voice in their children’s education, with transparency and age-appropriate learning in our schools. I am committed to keeping school sports fair and safe by protecting girls’ sports for girls and boys’ sports for boys. My focus is simple: strong academics, safe schools, and raising the academic standard across California.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM - Not a Day More
Our justice system must be fair, efficient, and focused on true public safety. I will support case review boards, expand diversion and re-entry programs, and reduce unnecessary pretrial detention. The goal is accountability, fairness, and rebuilding trust in the system.

WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT - Californians First
California must invest in its own people to build a strong future. I will expand vocational training, trade schools, and apprenticeship programs aligned with today’s job market. Every Californian should have the opportunity to gain skills and secure good-paying jobs.

WATER FOR ALL
Support legislation to build new dams. reservoirs, groundwater recharge projects, and smart storage solutions to reduce water loss and secure supplies, thereby enhancing resilience against fires and drought years.
08.
Drive Innovation, Protect People:
Support the responsible growth of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cryptocurrency as engines of California’s future economy, while establishing clear rules that safeguard families and small investors from scams, fraud, and misuse.
